A successful verification is one where the entire check completes — the document is scanned, the DVS check runs, face match and liveness are confirmed. If a user abandons halfway through or an error occurs, you are not charged. You only pay when a verification reaches a completed result (pass or fail).

Can I cancel the Business Plan anytime?

Yes, absolutely. The Business Plan is month to month. Cancel any time from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing with payment terms. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Do you offer volume discounts?
